What the role involves

• Prepare customer orders across the fresh food offering, including making sandwiches and rolls, serving hot food, and slicing meats in line with store portion controls.
• Cook, assemble, and present food items throughout the day.
• Maintain exceptional standards across deli and fresh food counter displays at all times.
• Share food knowledge, recipes, and product recommendations to help customers choose confidently.
• Handle customer questions promptly, professionally, and according to store procedures.
• Work in a way that reflects the brand values of being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based.

What the employer is looking for
