What you will do

• Use machine learning, statistical techniques, and data analysis to design and deploy advanced algorithms and analytical solutions.
• Own data science work from start to finish, ensuring it stays aligned with business goals and produces useful recommendations.
• Support and coach junior members of the data science team.
• Help shape the long-term direction and strategic priorities of the Data Science team.
• Apply strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to tackle complex data issues and generate insights that matter.

What we are looking for

• At least 0 years of experience in data science, with hands-on use of machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong analytical ability and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience contributing to data science projects and delivering actionable business insights is valued.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset and the capability to help influence the team’s overall direction.
