About the Role

TalentPop App is hiring a meticulous, self-motivated Data Entry & Reporting Associate to keep information well-organized and help turn raw data into useful business insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured tasks, accuracy, and numbers in a remote-first environment.

What You’ll Contribute

Enter and update data across internal systems with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Check records for errors, completeness, and quality before they are used by the team.
Create reports in spreadsheets or dashboard tools to surface trends, metrics, and practical insights.
Share accurate data and reporting support with different teams as needed.
Look for ways to improve data handling processes and related documentation.
Manage sensitive information carefully and maintain confidentiality at all times.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support.
Hands-on experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Strong organization skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Ability to analyze data, interpret patterns, and identify trends.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Technical Setup

A personally owned PC or laptop with adequate processing capability.
A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
