• Look for patterns and meaningful trends within patient, claims, and operational information.
• Create dashboards and reporting outputs with business intelligence tools.
• Work closely with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders to support shared goals.
• Maintain data quality standards and follow HIPAA-related compliance practices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is needed.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst is required.
• Prior exposure to healthcare data is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel is expected.

Preferred technical exposure

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR standards is useful.
• Experience handling EHR or EMR datasets is preferred.
