Customer Support Representative - Banking

Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Contact Centre Agent supporting a banking client in Dubai on a short-term contract basis. The assignment is expected to run for 3 to 4 months and is suited to candidates with customer service experience, ideally in banking or financial services.

Functional Requirements

• Prior experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Exposure to banking or financial services is preferred.
• Working knowledge of digital and mobile banking support.
• Ability to manage calls effectively and handle customer objections.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and troubleshoot basic concerns.
• Understanding of banking products and services at a foundational level.

Technical and Systems Skills

• Comfort with navigating systems and applications.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and telephony platforms.
• Ability to support digital channels and mobile app-related queries.
• Basic troubleshooting and process guidance capabilities.

Contract duration: 3 to 4 months
