Role Summary

The company is recruiting a Customer Support Agent focused on collections. This is an onsite role based in Ako Adjei La Road, Accra.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support payment follow-ups and collection-related tasks.
• Deliver courteous, helpful service that maintains a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• You must be able to perform well both on your own and as part of a team.
• A professional manner and dependable work ethic are essential.
• Previous relevant experience is preferred.
• You must live in or near Labadi and the surrounding area.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this position is GHC 1,800 to GHC 2,000.
