Role overview
Aidacare is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers. This position focuses on handling enquiries, solving problems, and creating a strong positive impression through professional support by phone and email. The role combines customer care, sales awareness, and administrative accuracy to help maintain lasting customer relationships.
Work location and schedule
The job is based in Landsdale, Western Australia, Australia. It is a full-time permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday. The consultant will report to the Operations Admin Manager.
Key duties
You will be responsible for supporting customers with orders, tracking, and processing while also resolving concerns quickly and effectively. The role also involves keeping product and service knowledge current so that customer interactions are informed and helpful. Reception support may also be required from time to time.
Experience and skill expectations
Previous customer service or related industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong computer literacy is needed to manage customer information and records. The successful candidate should be able to assess situations carefully, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and stay calm and professional in a busy, high-pressure environment.
