Customer Service Associate - Fresher

About the Role

Jiva Ayurveda is hiring a customer service associate to support incoming customer interactions and help guide people toward suitable consultation bookings. The role is based in Faridabad and is open to freshers who can start right away.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and record the relevant details accurately in the system.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify the issue, and provide a suitable resolution.
• Support customers in booking consultations with doctors.

Eligibility

Applications are restricted to candidates who are based in Faridabad only.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
• Basic working knowledge of computers.
• Comfort with typing and handling email communication.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Good listening skills and a problem-solving approach.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Compensation

The annual package for this role is between INR 2,00,000 and INR 2,50,000.
