ملازمت کی تفصیل
Role overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term Creator Manager position within the Content team in Dublin, focused on podcast creator acquisition, growth, and relationship management. The role sits in a remote setup, but it requires frequent in-person meetings with creators and agents, so candidates must live in or near Dublin within a practical commuting distance.
About the company
The company has been building a major podcast marketplace since 2014, connecting creators, advertisers, and listeners through technology that helps monetise podcasts across any app or listening platform. It works with a wide range of major networks and shows and operates as a global, independent podcast business with a strong creator and advertiser focus.
What the role involves
The main focus of this position is securing new podcast partnerships and expanding the network with high-quality creators and shows. You will use your industry relationships and experience with agents to identify opportunities, open conversations, and close deals. The job also includes helping podcasts launch successfully, supporting audience growth, and serving as a reliable daily contact for creators and publishers.
In addition to creator acquisition, you will help shape launch strategies, advise on content development where needed, and look for fresh ways to sustain long-term growth for both new and existing podcasts. You will also ensure internal sales teams have the information and assets they need to monetise the content effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, pitch, and secure well-known podcasts and creator talent for the network in line with growth goals.
- Use an existing professional network and prior work with talent agents, managers, and production companies to win exclusive partnerships.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with current and prospective podcasters, including celebrities, agencies, publishers, and production houses.
- Support show launches, provide feedback on content when appropriate, and help creators apply practical audience-growth strategies.
- Act as the regular point of contact for podcasters and direct them to the right internal team when needed.
- Make sure global sales teams receive the information they need to monetise podcasts and contribute to the creation of sales support materials.
Success measures
Success in this role means building a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities, signing major podcast and network deals, and expanding the portfolio with audio, video, and social inventory that fills network gaps. It also means working closely with commercial teams so the content acquired aligns with advertiser demand and creates immediate, scalable revenue opportunities.
Working location
The job is remote in structure, but the role involves regular in-person meetings with creators and talent, several times each week. For that reason, applicants need to be based in Dublin or close enough to commute there easily.
Culture and inclusion
The employer describes itself as an equal opportunity business that welcomes applicants regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, or other personal characteristics. It emphasises a people-first culture built around autonomy, continuous improvement, openness, inclusion, and care, with a goal of creating a supportive and fulfilling working environment.
