Creative Head / Content Creator

About the Role

Inspire Global Ventures (IGV) is looking for a Creative Head / Content Creator to own the creative direction of its digital content while also contributing hands-on to ideation and execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong creative thinker who can develop compelling concepts, support the video team, and shape content that performs well across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the video editing and broader creative team.
• Build content concepts, campaign ideas, and overall creative approaches.
• Draft, refine, and evaluate scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content briefs.
• Make sure videos, reels, ads, and social media assets are produced to a high standard.
• Partner with marketing and leadership stakeholders to ensure content supports business objectives.
• Keep track of social media trends, audience preferences, and new content formats.
• Offer direction and constructive feedback to editors, designers, and content creators.
• Handle production schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, creative strategy, or a creative leadership role.
• Prior experience managing or working closely with creative or video teams.
• Solid knowledge of short-form video content and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and ideation abilities.
• A quick execution style and comfort working in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Good listening skills and willingness to incorporate feedback.

Preferred Background

• Experience producing viral or highly engaging content.
• Exposure to performance marketing creatives.
• Background in D2C brands, agencies, media businesses, or creator-led companies.

Location

This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
