Claims Call Center Representative

Role Overview

Zurich is looking for personable, proactive, and self-driven customer care professionals to join its Claims Call Center team in early August 2026. This position includes a thorough six-week training program designed to prepare you for success from day one.

Candidates must live in the United States. The most suitable time zones for this role are CST, PST, and MST.

Schedule and Work Setup

This is a fully remote position, including training. The shift is eight hours long and falls between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, based on Central Standard Time.

A home office setup is required, including a quiet workspace with no distractions and a dependable high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately record first notice of loss claim reports submitted through phone and non-phone channels.
• Handle complicated claims questions and issues, and know when to escalate or involve other team members to support resolution.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to share information, verify details, and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Share suggestions and feedback that help improve the quality of customer service.
• Follow established processes to stay aligned with company risk controls and compliance standards.

Pay and Incentives

The hourly pay range for this role is $17.79 to $21.64. Short-term incentive bonus eligibility is set at 5%. Pay may vary by location, skills, experience, and role requirements. Zurich also notes that employees may be considered for bonuses and merit increases in line with local laws and company policy.
