Centre Head - Preschool

About the Role

We are hiring a Centre Head for a preschool in Pune to oversee the smooth running of the centre and help it operate in an organised, efficient, and high-performance manner. The role is open for locations in Aundh, Wakad, and Kharadi.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves managing the centre’s day-to-day operations while also focusing on growth, parent engagement, and team performance. The selected candidate will be expected to improve operational efficiency and support revenue objectives.

• Handle the daily functioning of the centre and ensure processes run smoothly.
• Work towards revenue growth and better operational output.
• Convert incoming enquiries into admissions.
• Plan and execute outdoor marketing efforts within the assigned area.
• Take part in lead generation through events, roadshows, and in-centre activities.
• Support staff retention and manage team-related responsibilities.
• Work in line with the centre’s KRAs and adopt new strategies when required.
• Maintain strong parent engagement and communication.
• Oversee academic implementation at the centre.
• Focus on revenue maximization and sales performance.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have leadership ability, strong managerial skills, and prior experience in education, counselling, sales, or customer service. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. A graduate degree is required, and an additional relevant qualification will be considered an advantage.
