Role Overview
Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Centre Director for its Leeton centre in New South Wales. This permanent full-time position involves 38 hours per week and offers the chance to lead a centre in regional NSW while supporting children, families, and educators.
Pay and Contract Details
The hourly rate is between $57.78 and $71.79, plus a $5.96 per hour Centre Director allowance for ECT-qualified employees, with pay determined by experience and qualification. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available after a successful probation period.
This role is permanent full time.

About the Centre
Goodstart Leeton is a welcoming, modern centre that has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to 56 children across nursery, toddler, and preschool rooms.

As Centre Director, you will play a key leadership role in supporting teachers and educators, strengthening relationships with children, families, and the community, and helping the centre thrive both educationally and commercially.
- Lead the delivery of the centre’s tailored learning program, created with global experts in pedagogical practice.
- Develop and support a strong team of early learning professionals while encouraging reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Work with your team to shape the future direction of the centre, grow enrolments, and maintain a financially healthy operation.

What You Need
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education, or be working toward one.
- Experience leading change in education, health, or community services.
- Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged communities.
- Strong business understanding, including financial and operational performance management.
