CCTV Admin Officer

Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting site safety and security by overseeing CCTV surveillance, access control equipment, and related security technologies, while also handling administrative coordination to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep watch over CCTV feeds and recorded footage to support security oversight.
• Evaluate sites and identify suitable areas for CCTV deployment.
• Work with IT colleagues to connect security systems and support ongoing maintenance.
• Track and manage access control tools, barrier systems, parking systems, and security software.
• Prepare, issue, and administer employee access cards according to role-based requirements.
• Carry out site checks and field inspections to review guard performance and compliance.
• Make sure security and safety procedures are consistently applied across all facilities.
• Liaise with HSE teams on health and safety-related incidents and follow-up actions.
• Safeguard confidential company information at all times.
• Contribute to improvements in security processes and administrative support services.
• Take on any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, security systems, and administrative work.
• Practical understanding of CCTV platforms, access control solutions, and general security systems.
• Strong attention to detail along with solid analytical and observational ability.
• Effective spoken and written English communication skills; Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools.
