Role Overview

LV Petroleum is looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier to work at its Jackson, MS location. This position focuses on delivering a smooth checkout experience, handling payments accurately, and supporting customers with a helpful, professional attitude.

Walk-in interviews are welcome at 970 I-20 W Frontage Road, Jackson, MS 39201.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, assist them with purchases, and respond to questions in a courteous manner.
• Process cash, card, and debit payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and customer-friendly cashier area.
• Stay informed about products and ongoing promotions so you can share useful information.
• Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly and service standards high.
• Support stock monitoring and help with restocking when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-moving environment. Prior cashier or customer service experience is helpful but not mandatory. You should also be comfortable working different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Basic math ability for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Clear verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
