Firm overview
A commercial real estate lender with approximately $3B in scale is growing its capital markets function. Established in 2012 and headquartered on Long Island, the firm aims to become a top middle-market lender by pairing strong relationships with modern technology to deliver efficient, customized financing and durable client partnerships.
Role summary
This position supports the capital markets team through data coordination, document preparation, CRM oversight, and direct collaboration with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to keep information accurate and aligned across datasets.
- Draft and organize RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
- Manage the CRM system and maintain full ownership of the database.
- Work alongside senior leaders to support and execute capital markets initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Investor Relations or with an asset manager.
Compensation
The expected base pay for the first year is $100,000, along with a competitive bonus.
