Role overview
Orbital Critical Systems, part of the CAF Group, works on safety-critical software used across aerospace, defence, and transport. The company is hiring C++ Engineers for on-site positions in Germany to support strategic Airbus-related projects.
The available locations include the Bavaria region and the Hamburg area.
What you will do
- Build and improve simulation and test-support applications using C++.
- Develop and refine framework architecture for middleware and real-time software.
- Work with modern tools, methods, and engineering practices.
- Take part in virtual engineering activities that combine simulation with real hardware.
What the employer is looking for
- A degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Practical, hands-on experience working with C++.
- Strong English communication skills at C1 level, which is required.
- German language ability at C1 level is considered an advantage.
- Applicants must be citizens of a European country.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range offered is €57,000 to €65,000.
