Role overview
Kubatana Online is hiring for a UK-based public speaker, PR strategist, and marketing specialist. The opportunity is for a self-driven virtual assistant who is commercially aware, confident on the phone, and able to support business growth by finding leads and creating new opportunities for a personal brand.
What the role involves
- Making outbound calls to potential prospects and generating interest.
- Identifying and qualifying leads, then building and maintaining a prospect database.
- Booking appointments and coordinating meeting calendars.
- Updating CRM records and keeping track of the sales pipeline.
- Handling outreach through email and LinkedIn.
- Researching companies, schools, public sector bodies, and speaking prospects.
- Following up with contacts and continuing engagement until opportunities progress.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Required experience and capabilities
- Background in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, or business development.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
- Good organisational ability and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Professional, confident telephone presence.
