Role Overview

The Business Analyst supports supply chain operations by helping goods move efficiently from origin to destination. The position combines data analysis, vendor coordination, customs compliance, document handling, and planning work. It also involves processing and interpreting data to improve supply chain performance, strengthen decision-making, reduce costs, and support customer satisfaction through compliant and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Study logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement, and share regular performance updates.
• Develop and apply cost-saving approaches, especially for mid-mile and last-mile delivery activities.
• Create annual budgets and monthly forecasts, then monitor spending against approved budget targets.
• Support the development of the regional business analysis framework, including KPI tracking, frontline reporting, and special-case analysis.
• Spot potential risks across the logistics chain and implement practical mitigation measures to reduce disruption.
• Act as a special-case project manager for analysis, budgeting, investment approval, and cost review related to special projects.
• Review, organize, and maintain import-related documents to ensure easy access and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, statistics, finance, data science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Open to recent graduates as well as candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills for analysis.
• Python and SQL knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
• Solid business understanding, global perspective, and the ability to recognize operational challenges.
• Good communication skills for working across departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure, adapting to changing conditions, and prioritizing effectively.
