Key Responsibilities

Required Profile

• Experience with HR platforms, payroll systems, or workforce management software is an added advantage.
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
• Ability to transform complex business needs into structured technical documentation.
• Comfort working in Agile settings and across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect technical and non-technical groups.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solid problem-solving ability.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
