Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role overview

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an early-career Business Analyst. The position focuses on understanding business needs, turning them into clear documentation, and spotting ways to improve processes. You will work with teams across different functions to help design and deliver solutions that support the organisation’s goals while keeping communication smooth between all stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Collect, review, and clarify business requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation that supports analysis, planning, and solution delivery.
• Map existing processes and identify areas where workflows can be made more efficient.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams during solution development and rollout.
• Help bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders so decisions can be made more effectively.

What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
• Hands-on familiarity with business analysis tasks such as requirement capture, documentation, and process mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to explain both technical and non-technical ideas clearly.
• Understanding of business processes and how business requirements shape solution design and decisions.
• High attention to detail, along with solid planning, organisation, and time management skills.
• Exposure to business analysis tools and software would be an added advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in technology or agriculture is beneficial, though it is not mandatory.
