Peek is an AI-driven interview preparation platform designed to help job seekers feel ready and confident before every interview. The product lets users upload a resume, talk through their experience in a casual way, and then produces personalized interview battlecards, called Peeks, that can be referenced during live interviews. It also includes practice modes, post-interview debriefs, and tools to track the interview process, making it easier for candidates to manage an active job search. The company is early-stage, expanding, and building a product that people genuinely need.

Role Overview

Peek is hiring its first Brand Representative to help establish the brand on TikTok and Instagram. This person will create original content, grow an audience, and introduce job seekers to a tool that can simplify their search. There is no existing playbook, so the role requires someone who is comfortable helping shape the brand voice, content style, and social presence from the ground up.

This is a commission-based 1099 position. Earnings are tied to creativity, consistency, and performance. The company is looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and build momentum without needing step-by-step direction.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and publish original short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram.
• Shape your own content approach, style, and posting rhythm.
• Interact genuinely with comments and help grow an engaged community.
• Join regular check-ins to review progress and discuss what is performing well.

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence on camera and comfort creating short-form video content.
• A process-oriented mindset that values structure and consistency.
• Real interest in careers, job searching, and interview preparation.
• Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, and messaging.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work.
• No prior experience is required; motivation and originality matter more than a portfolio.

Compensation

This role is commission-only, with a percentage structure based on experience and shared with qualified candidates during the process. Attribution for results will be fully tracked and recognized.
