About the Role

RAILING. GmbH is looking for a state-certified technician in civil engineering, building construction, or structural/civil infrastructure work who wants to grow into the role of a construction supervisor for railway projects in an engineering office setting. This position offers the chance to build expertise in highly specialized rail infrastructure supervision and to qualify further as a specialist construction supervisor for track superstructure work under DB guideline 046.2752 or, as an updated option effective 01.01.2024, as a specialist construction supervisor for structural civil engineering (KIB) under DB guideline 046.2756.

You will already be employed and paid during the three-month training period. The company focuses on construction supervision services for Deutsche Bahn and handles project execution across a wide range of infrastructure sites. The work spans from smaller maintenance jobs to major investment projects, including bridges, station facilities, and new track systems, so the role offers variety and technical depth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-side representative on site and coordinate work processes across your construction projects.
• Monitor the operational execution of construction activities.
• Carry out technical inspections and acceptance tasks within your area of responsibility.
• Review completed construction work and confirm the services delivered.

Requirements

• Completed state-certified technician qualification in civil engineering, building construction, or structural/earthworks-related disciplines.
• Valid driving licence category B.

Additional Information

The position includes a structured three-month further training program, and salary is paid throughout this period. The role is a permanent full-time office-based/onsite opportunity in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany.
