About the Role
This position is focused on growing restaurant adoption of Plato, Mantaray Digital Solutions’ restaurant management platform. Plato gives restaurant owners a single system to manage orders, payments, and day-to-day operations. The company is expanding the product across Egypt and is looking for sales professionals to work directly in the market, handle territory ownership, and secure restaurant sign-ups.
You will be responsible for finding prospects, getting meetings, demonstrating the platform, and closing restaurant deals. Administrative work is supported through the sales app, allowing you to concentrate on selling and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact through to signed restaurant accounts.
- Reach out to leads through calls, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings.
- Present product demos to restaurant owners and key decision-makers.
- Meet monthly targets and maintain a steady closing rate.
Desired Profile
- Independent and able to take full ownership of personal targets.
- Confident when speaking face to face and over the phone.
- Skilled at keeping opportunities moving through the pipeline.
- Experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred, especially in F&B, POS, or SaaS.
- Must be based in Cairo.
- Arabic fluency is required; English is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Previous SaaS experience is not mandatory. The most important qualities are motivation, persistence, and the ability to build strong business relationships.
