ملازمت کی تفصیل
Role Overview
The Audits and Insights team (AIT) supports the SPT Audit program, which evaluates the accuracy of account enforcement decisions, listing enforcement actions, appeal outcomes, and reinstatement decisions. The program reviews statistically meaningful samples across areas such as Perfect Order Experience, Selling Partner Risk & Abuse, Financial Disincentives, Automated Brand Protection, Andon, Product Review Abuse, Restricted Products, Safety, Know Your Customer, and Product Safety & Compliance (PSC), among others.
The team uses audit findings to measure coverage and accuracy against director-level goals and to generate practical insights that help improve enforcement accuracy, appeal handling accuracy, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and the overall seller experience by reducing unnecessary enforcement actions and appeals. The work is centered on strengthening seller trust through higher audit quality and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead process improvement efforts, remove waste, and improve engagement across programs, products, and regions. You will help build a culture of continuous improvement and self-inspection, where decisions are driven by facts and defects are systematically reduced. The role combines analytical thinking with leadership to spot improvement opportunities, decide what to prioritize, and guide cross-functional teams that do not report directly to you.
- Drive both quick process improvements and longer-term redesign initiatives.
- Own end-to-end transformation efforts within operations and identify improvements that can be scaled across AIT functions.
- Partner with operations, program, product, and policy teams to improve cost efficiency.
- Work with the tools team to deliver process enhancements.
- Create and refine operational metrics that better reflect efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze key process indicators to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Standardize processes across the AIT operations network.
- Build mechanisms that make best practices visible and reusable across AIT.
- Partner with engineering, product, operations, and executive stakeholders to track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of program management, analytical ability, and cross-functional leadership. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment and using data to define, execute, and improve programs and processes.
