  • Assist with drafting contracts and reviewing all contract changes and proposals to ensure completeness, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Follow up on outsourced service matters and help ensure vendors deliver the required quality on time.
  • Monitor supplier performance, contract funding, and payments for assigned contracts, and escalate possible non-compliance or other issues that may negatively affect the company.
  • Take part in reviewing purchase requisitions, proposal requests, bid evaluations, and contract awards, while keeping contract records accurate and up to date in the database.
  • Check that required bank guarantees and insurance policies remain valid for all assigned contracts after confirming contractual requirements.
  • Review contract disputes, claim settlements, and external audit matters, and help resolve issues affecting business-unit or company compliance while meeting legal, company, and customer requirements.
  • Help prepare Tender Review Committee (TRC) documents together with the contract proponent representative.
  • Work with the contract proponent representative and finance team to negotiate and settle change orders.
  • Coordinate operational matters with the relevant OME and other support teams to improve contracting services.
  • Carry out other job-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Education and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is required.

Relevant work experience requirement: 0 years for Saudi nationals and 3 years for expatriates.
