About the Role
Stradivarius is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for its store in Hannover, working full-time on site. In this role, you help turn strategy into day-to-day store results by bringing together people leadership, performance, and smooth processes.
What You Will Do
- Lead teams in the store and support the development of individual talent.
- Make sure business goals are translated into practical actions on the sales floor.
- Keep an eye on revenue, service quality, and team atmosphere at the same time.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to set priorities and make operational decisions.
- Continuously improve how the store performs across team execution, customer experience, and numbers.
