  • Prior supervisory experience and evidence of developing strong, high-performing teams.
  • History of building consultative and cooperative partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, coaching, and team-building ability in an operational setting, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Broad exposure to HR functions such as staffing budgets, compensation, benefits, disability management, attendance support, and position control is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with employees at all levels in a unionized environment, preferably within the public sector.
  • Knowledge of WorkSafe legislation and background in disability management.
  • CPHR designation is an asset.

Additional information
