Agentic AI Consultant

Role Overview

This contract position is for an Agentic AI Consultant based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role calls for a professional with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience and strong depth across modern AI, cloud, and software engineering practices.

Core Technical Expertise

The position requires practical experience with Microsoft Azure AI capabilities, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and Azure Databricks.

Candidates should have strong Python development skills, covering REST APIs, SDK usage, asynchronous programming, data handling, backend service development, and AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, and FastAPI.

A solid grasp of machine learning and generative AI is needed, including LLM application design, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, model evaluation, and the broader principles behind statistical modeling and NLP.

Working knowledge of ML libraries and frameworks is also important, especially PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn, spaCy, and NLTK.

Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, and Pinecone is part of the expected background.

DevOps, Security, and Governance

The role also expects familiarity with DevOps and MLOps tooling and workflows, including Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, Terraform, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.

Applicants should understand cloud security fundamentals such as identity and access management, data privacy, encryption, logging, monitoring, and safe API integration approaches.

Awareness of responsible AI practices is important, including fairness, accountability, transparency, bias detection, hallucination reduction, and compliance considerations in AI systems.

Experience Requirement

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience is mandatory for this role.
