Admissions Counselor

About the Role

Chandigarh University is seeking a motivated Admissions Counselor for its Vijayawada location. This role is focused on helping prospective students understand their options, move smoothly through the admissions journey, and complete enrollments successfully. The position suits someone who is energetic, goal-focused, and comfortable working toward monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students on available courses, admission steps, and possible career paths.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, along with timely follow-ups.
• Keep student records updated and ensure CRM information is maintained accurately.
• Work consistently to meet monthly admission goals.
• Partner with internal departments to support a seamless admission process.

Experience and Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or the EdTech space.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A performance-driven mindset with the ability to work toward targets.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with prior experience in EdTech or university admissions are preferred. Early availability for joining is also desirable.
