Social Media Marketing Intern

WI THINKERS is looking for a Social Media Marketing intern to support its digital marketing efforts from a work-from-home setup. This role is a good fit for someone with strong written English and a keen interest in Instagram-focused marketing. You will work with a collaborative team of creative professionals and gain practical exposure to social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and campaign support.

What you will do

• Plan and execute social media approaches aimed at improving engagement and increasing website traffic.
• Prepare, refine, and schedule Instagram content that reflects the brand tone and connects with the intended audience.
• Track campaign performance through social media metrics and use the insights to guide decisions.
• Interact with followers by replying to comments and messages in a timely, professional way.
• Work with the marketing team to generate ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
• Keep up with current social media trends and platform best practices to maintain content relevance and appeal.
• Support related marketing work when needed, including content development, email marketing, and SEO-related tasks.

Who this role is for

This internship is open to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and can commit to the full 6-month duration. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field.

Stipend and structure

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 14,000 to INR 23,000. The pay is made up of a fixed component of ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
