About the internship

OrgLance Technologies LLP is seeking a motivated intern to help market HMIS (hospital management information system) software and build practical exposure in healthcare software sales, digital promotion, lead generation, and client communication. The role offers hands-on learning alongside the business development team in the Healthcare IT space.

What you'll do

• Present HMIS software to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and healthcare professionals.
• Find and qualify leads using social media, email outreach, phone calls, online research, and field visits.
• Participate in client follow-ups and meetings.
• Support the planning of product demos and presentations.
• Carry out market research and compare competing offerings.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Keep lead information organized and update the CRM or database on a regular basis.
• Assist with digital outreach on platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
• Develop strong professional communication through direct client interaction.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to applicants who can join as a full-time, in-office intern, begin between 11 Jun 2026 and 16 Jul 2026, commit for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in the role.

Other requirements

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, healthcare IT, or software.
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Currently pursuing or already completed graduation in BBA, MBA (Marketing), B Pharm, or D Pharm.
• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and a target-focused mindset.
• Good presentation and persuasion skills.
• Comfort working collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to represent software solutions to doctors, hospital owners, and hospital administrators in a medical-representative style.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits when needed.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• MS Office knowledge is preferred.
• Preference for local candidates from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Compensation and timeline
