About the internship
This full-time, in-office internship is designed for candidates interested in technical sales, business development, and operations within the smart home and IoT space. The role blends partner development, lead support, sales tracking, market execution, and coordination across teams.
What you will do
- Build and support channel relationships by reaching out to partners, dealers, distributors, and other business collaborators to widen the reach of the company’s smart home and IoT products, including Wi‑Fi and ZigBee-based solutions.
- Assist with lead generation, customer outreach, requirement gathering, and broader business development efforts for smart automation and IoT offerings.
- Track the full sales journey, from first contact and partner conversations through deployment, client coordination, and post-sales support.
- Create and maintain learning and support material for partners, such as product manuals, installation references, troubleshooting content, and video-based training resources.
- Support marketing and go-to-market execution aimed at improving product awareness, customer adoption, and conversion across sales channels.
- Act as a link between customers, partners, sales, and technical/product teams by sharing market observations, customer feedback, and technical needs.
Who should apply

Preferred background and requirements
- MBA/PGDM students with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Operations, or Business Development are preferred.
- Candidates with a B.E. or B.Tech background in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or similar technical streams will be given preference.
- A strong interest in technical sales, B2B sales, business development, and IoT or smart home automation products is important.
- The role requires the ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Good communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are expected.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and comfort working in a startup environment are preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, CRM systems, sales reporting, and documentation will be an added advantage.
- The internship may lead to a PPO or full-time opportunity based on performance.
