Core responsibilities
You will help manage session flow, engage with mentees, and support day-to-day coordination tasks that keep the program running effectively.
- Monitor sessions to make sure they start and finish on schedule, and step in to resolve technical problems when needed.
- Interact with mentees during sessions, respond to their questions, and connect them with mentors whenever appropriate.
- Maintain records related to attendance, participation, and other important session logs.
- Keep WhatsApp groups active by posting updates, reminders, and encouraging messages.
- Address queries in the group and help sustain a constructive and supportive environment.
- Conduct mentee calls every two weeks to understand their experience and offer guidance.
- Identify concerns, document useful observations, and share improvement feedback with the team.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open only to applicants who can work remotely, are available to begin between 24 June 2026 and 29 July 2026, can commit for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.
Compensation and perks
