Business Development (Sales) Intern

About the internship

This is a full-time, in-office business development internship based in Bangalore with Flexiple, an IIM Ahmedabad-backed startup that operates an online freelancing marketplace connecting independent professionals with companies.

What you will do

• Follow a structured outreach plan across phone calls, email, and LinkedIn according to a set cadence.
• Conduct strong first-round conversations and support early-stage lead qualification.
• Handle a portfolio of assigned companies by researching each account’s industry, scale, stage, and suitability.
• Keep contact information fully accurate and maintain complete call records, email history, and outreach notes with no missing data.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly outreach goals with accuracy and discipline.
• Work with prepared templates, scripts, and outreach assets so that communication stays aligned with the brand.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the company’s preferred tone and communication standards.

Who can apply

Applicants must be based in Bangalore, be available for a full-time in-office internship, be able to join between 2 Jul 2026 and 6 Aug 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates should also have relevant interest and skills for the role.

Additional requirements

• Candidates should already have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, with no exams or pending results.
• At least one relevant internship in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role is required.
• Applicants must be able to work on-site at HSR Layout, Bengaluru, or be willing to relocate.
• The intern should be ready to start immediately.
• A minimum commitment of 3 months is mandatory.
• Strong spoken and written English is expected.
• The role requires comfort in speaking with decision-makers and following a structured daily routine.

Compensation
