Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Harare for a Writer. The Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing high-quality written content across various mediums. Core tasks include developing written materials, conducting research to support writing projects, maintaining a consistent tone and voice, proofreading and editing content for clarity and accuracy, and contributing to the organization’s strategic communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Writing, Editing, and Proofreading with an eye for detail
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Research and transform it into engaging content
• Experience in Content Strategy and the development of effective communication plans
• Knowledge of Digital and Content Marketing for targeting diverse audiences
• Strong creative thinking skills, especially in crafting compelling narratives
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in telematics or a relevant industry is advantageous
