Role overview

This opportunity is with a respected clinic in Riyadh. The Wellness Specialist will provide holistic, non-medical wellness support by delivering preventive health and recovery-focused services while staying within the permitted scope of practice and following Ministry of Health regulations as well as general safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

The position involves assessing clients appropriately within scope, securing consent when needed, keeping all sessions properly documented, and maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards. The specialist will also support lifestyle coaching, stress reduction, recovery methods, and relaxation-based treatments, while ensuring wellness equipment is used safely and coordinating with medical staff whenever collaboration is required.

Client care and communication

A core part of the role is helping clients improve daily habits, manage stress, and follow recovery guidance in a way that creates a premium service experience. The specialist should communicate clearly, build trust, and adapt their approach to suit different client needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications and work environment

The role calls for relevant education or certification in wellness or a related discipline, along with practical experience in wellness, spa, medical, fitness, or similar settings. Strong interpersonal ability, customer service focus, and cultural awareness are essential. The position is based in a regulated Saudi environment, and both Arabic and English fluency are required.
