Key responsibilities

• Own and drive priority strategic initiatives from early definition through execution, delivery, and long-term adoption.
• Create and maintain operating rhythms, governance structures, and execution systems that support consistent cross-functional accountability.
• Work with the CEO and senior leadership to launch and manage business-wide programs that are critical to company performance.
• Help define the company’s medium- and long-term direction across markets, offerings, customer groups, and adjacent growth paths.
• Develop corporate development capabilities, including market monitoring, M&A target screening, and evaluation of build, buy, or partner options.
• Lead competitive research and market intelligence efforts, and turn findings into clear strategic recommendations.
• Support investor relations and Board communication by preparing executive presentations, updates, narratives, and other leadership materials.
• Make sure the CEO is well prepared and aligned for internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
• Drive company-wide AI transformation initiatives aimed at improving scale, productivity, and operating effectiveness.
• Assess and introduce AI tools and automation solutions across teams and functions.
• Design scalable operating solutions by identifying bottlenecks, process gaps, and execution breakdowns, then putting improvements in place.

What you’ll bring

• A master’s degree in business or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience, ideally from MBB or another top-tier strategy boutique.
• Progressive experience leading operations in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
• A track record of delivering measurable outcomes in a complex global organization.
• Strong capabilities in analysis, finance, and structured problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with strategic planning, business intelligence, and operating frameworks.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence across functions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, candid culture that values innovation, healthy debate, and consistent follow-through.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to use them to improve work quality and outcomes.
