Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time role for 39 hours per week at the H&M store in Windsor, England. The schedule requires full seven-day flexibility, including weekends.
What you will do
In this position, you will shape a consistent and engaging shopping experience by applying visual standards and supporting commercial performance. You will work in line with the brand values while contributing to both team success and store results.
- Carry out visual, commercial, and styling updates according to store guidelines to improve the customer journey and support sales growth.
- Review sales results, maintain garment presentation and care, and spot visual and commercial improvement areas together with the management team.
- Share trend awareness and competitor insights with the store team so they can be coached and supported in delivering a stronger in-store experience.
Who you will work with
You will be part of a busy store team made up of Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers. Together, the team creates an inspiring environment for customers and colleagues.
