Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor position based in Dehradun. The role involves shaping both long-form YouTube explainers and short-form social videos so they stay clear, engaging, and visually strong.

What you'll work on

• Edit long YouTube explainers with strong flow and pacing so viewers stay engaged from start to finish.
• Produce punchy short-form videos for Reels and Shorts, including both repurposed and original ideas.
• Add visual support such as close-up label shots, callouts, and explanatory graphic elements.
• Build animated assets for nutrition comparisons, cost-per-gram breakdowns, protein comparisons, and sodium tables.
• Create neat citation overlays and side-by-side comparison layouts that help communicate evidence-based points.
• Present data in a way that is simple, accurate, and easy to follow through thoughtful editing.
• Keep typography and on-screen text placement polished and consistent.
• Write and time Hinglish captions accurately for conversational videos.
• Understand briefs independently and deliver complete edits with little supervision.
• Meet deadlines consistently and maintain dependable turnaround times.
• Keep the visual language aligned with the brand’s educational style.
