About the Role
This leadership opportunity sits within a fast-moving technology environment focused on advanced analog semiconductor solutions that support wireless communication growth. The position is based in Singapore and calls for a senior operations leader who can guide a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization, drive performance, and help strengthen the business through disciplined execution, collaboration, and innovation.
The role centers on overseeing Acoustic Wave Filter production and ensuring that manufacturing, equipment, facilities, planning, engineering, and support functions work together to meet business goals. The leader will be expected to balance operational excellence with financial rigor, build a strong culture of quality and accountability, and contribute to long-term organizational development.

What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate all major activities across a multi-disciplinary team producing Acoustic Wave Filter products for the wireless communications market.
- Develop and secure approval for capital, operating expense, and workforce plans aligned to business targets.
- Oversee the transition of products from design into fabrication through every stage, while setting and achieving yield objectives.
- Take ownership of related equipment and facility management.
- Ensure the organization meets corporate expectations for quality, reliability, delivery performance, and cost control.
- Direct planning, production, equipment engineering, maintenance, and supporting teams in a 24x7 multi-shift operation.
- Guide process engineering efforts aimed at sustaining processes and improving yield across Acoustic Wave Filter technologies.
- Embed a culture of quality at every step of manufacturing and ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer-return targets.
- Build and execute productivity improvement plans, including strategic investments needed to achieve financial objectives.
- Partner with R&D, design, development, business unit, program management, and marketing teams to launch new products, technologies, and processes on time with strong yield and quality.
- Work with corporate and operational teams on capacity planning, investment planning, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Launch programs that challenge existing methods, raise employee engagement, and keep the operation financially sustainable.
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace, support environmental goals, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide timely reporting in line with corporate expectations.
- Create succession plans and build leadership depth for future business continuity.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 15 years of experience in a technology setting, including a minimum of 10 years in management.
- A university degree in a technically relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong background in semiconductor technology, with Acoustic Wave Filter manufacturing experience highly valued.
- Experience working in an international setting, ideally with a US-based parent company and global internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid financial planning capability, especially in a semiconductor manufacturing context.
- Formal management training is an advantage.
- Deep experience leading high-volume fabrication operations in semiconductor or similar environments.
- Proven success driving organizational transformation through process and systems integration.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate data and automation into manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer processes and filters.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent attention to detail and a practical approach.
- Ability to build accountable, high-performing teams and foster a culture of empowerment and excellence.
- Strong business judgment, financial acumen, and capability to manage capital and operating budgets.
