Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and build the divisional accounting team.

Requirements

• CPA qualification with 15 to 30 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Deep experience in M&A accounting and post-merger integration.
• Background in a large multinational organization or diversified holding company.
• Proven leadership capability and strong people management experience.
