You will assess features throughout the software development lifecycle, starting with requirement review and continuing through release preparation. Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from business and technical inputs to ensure broad and accurate coverage.
• Carry out functional, regression, and integration testing to confirm application behavior and support release quality.
• Record, track, and communicate defects in a clear way while working with developers to help drive timely fixes.
• Check that delivered features work correctly across different environments and meet defined quality expectations.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers across the full SDLC.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within QA and help introduce test automation where relevant.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or a comparable quality-focused role.
• Practical experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex systems.
• Hands-on exposure to functional, regression, and integration testing in environments that mirror production.
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to spot, document, and explain defects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with comfort working in collaborative teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, test automation tools, and Azure DevOps is advantageous.
