Role Overview
This position is for a Talent Operations Manager working remotely for one of the client's teams. The role is focused on running the full hiring lifecycle, improving recruitment operations, and strengthening the systems that support talent acquisition across multiple business units. It also involves guiding a distributed team that contributes to global hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine scalable hiring workflows that make sourcing and onboarding more efficient.
- Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to shape recruitment plans that match business priorities.
- Review hiring data and performance indicators to uncover opportunities to improve processes and shorten time-to-fill.
- Manage the implementation and upkeep of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Coordinate with staffing agencies and other external vendors to support hiring in a cost-effective way.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics platforms.
- Ability to use data to guide recruitment improvements and hiring decisions.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage priorities across several stakeholders.
- Understanding of compliance expectations in international talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams and outside partners.
Compensation
The stated pay range for this role is USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year.
