The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will independently manage hiring across several business areas. This is a high-autonomy recruiting role where you help define the approach rather than simply follow an existing one. You will contribute to the candidate experience, select sourcing channels, and develop strong talent pipelines. The opportunity is well suited to someone who takes ownership, enjoys thoughtful hiring work, and is energized by building recruitment practices from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned departments and locations, beginning with the intake discussion and ending when the offer is signed.
- Work closely with hiring managers by refining role requirements, advising on candidate profiles, coaching interview technique, and sharing market insights.
- Source candidates proactively and creatively by building targeted pipelines before openings are publicly posted.
- Shape and continuously improve hiring processes, scorecards, and candidate journeys so they remain effective and scalable.
- Support the setup and refinement of ATS workflows, automations, and sourcing tools to keep recruitment operations organized and efficient.
- Ensure every candidate receives a strong experience from the first interaction through final closure.
- Monitor and communicate recruitment data such as pipeline quality, conversion rates, and time-to-hire to support ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience covering different roles and functions.
- A strong drive to source talent proactively instead of relying only on incoming applications.
- Solid stakeholder management ability, including active listening, constructive challenge, and fast trust-building.
- A structured, process-focused approach that keeps pipelines and candidate journeys well organized even under pressure.
- Practical experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, including setup and configuration rather than only day-to-day use.
- Comfort working in ambiguity, moving quickly, and maintaining quality while building new ways of working.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
