Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of a PandaMart store in Singapore. The role is focused on keeping store operations organised, productive, and aligned with internal standards. You will be responsible for putting SOPs into practice, improving how the warehouse team works, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the store business plan to drive revenue and improve profitability.
  • Oversee the full inventory flow, including inbound receiving, stock handling, storage, and timely order dispatch.
  • Apply and refine company policies, processes, and operating guidelines to lift day-to-day efficiency.
  • Monitor staff performance regularly to make sure strategies, instructions, and procedures are carried out effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with HR rules and local regulatory obligations at store level to support an organised workplace.
