Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager position in Taif. The role is responsible for running the store’s day-to-day operations, leading the sales team, maintaining the showroom to brand expectations, and ensuring strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will organize staff shifts, supervise the retail team, and make sure operations run smoothly throughout the day. The position also involves driving sales performance, keeping track of inventory, applying loss-prevention and store-security practices, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.

A major part of the role is delivering an elevated customer experience. This includes supporting clients in product selection, resolving concerns or escalations, and ensuring consistently high customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also work with regional leadership on promotions, visual merchandising, and performance-related initiatives, while coaching and developing team members to strengthen overall store results.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong customer-facing abilities and a solid background in retail store management, preferably in jewelry, luxury, or fashion. Good communication skills are important for dealing with customers, staff, and management.

Experience with retail loss prevention, sales target delivery, inventory management, and cash handling is expected. The role also requires the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a busy retail environment, along with strong organization, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic office software is needed, and the candidate should be open to learning new tools. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a similar field is preferred. The role also requires flexibility to work retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
