  • Arrange material inspections for items requiring site approval, as requested by the QA/QC team.

  • Issue materials to the site only after receiving an approved material request form.

  • Carry out physical stock counts, reconcile them with Oracle records, and submit monthly reports to the Construction Manager.

  • Work with the central store for civil materials and formwork items such as scaffolding, ladders, and old plywood.
  • Coordinate with workshop engineers to arrange equipment such as mobile cranes, JCBs, and shovels.
