Role Overview

The Retail Store Coordinator role is based in a friendly store environment and focuses on guiding the team to create excellent customer experiences. This position suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving retail setting and likes to lead through action and example.

Key Duties

You will support store performance across visual presentation, customer service, backroom activity, and merchandise handling. The role involves keeping operations on track, sharing clear updates, aligning team members, and organizing work priorities. You will also coach and develop Associates in service standards, procedures, and merchandise presentation while helping maintain strong brand presentation through effective product displays.

Candidate Profile

Compensation
