Stock Unloader Associate (CAN)

Position overview

Walmart Canada is hiring a Stock Unloader Associate in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia. This role is suited to someone who wants hands-on experience in retail operations and customer service. The associate supports the movement of merchandise from trailers to the store floor while helping keep the work area orderly, safe, and clean.

Key duties

• Set up and prepare the receiving area for daily operations.
• Unload incoming trailers and organize general merchandise by sort.
• Handle live unloading of any remaining goods.
• Protect the cold chain for chilled and frozen products during receiving and stocking.
• Move pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with stocking the sales floor when required and help customers when needed.
• Attach labels to overstock items and place them appropriately.
• Help maintain a safe, neat, and hazard-free workplace by following company procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures remain secure.

Pay information

The minimum starting wage for this position is $16.90 per hour.

Minimum qualifications
